Our Story

PCA was born in the in the UK legal sector and London’s West End Theatre. 

Our faculty swapped their City legal careers in The Royal Courts of Justice and The Old Bailey for the London Palladium and Sadler’s Wells.  Having retrained as professional actors we had several years of training leaders by day, before heading into the West End to sing and dance in West End musicals by night. 

Clients were often forced to make a difficult choice between credible learning, based in academic research and commercial understanding, or creative learning that was often more engaging and impactful.

So, we brought our unique mix of credibility and creativity together, allowing clients to have all the benefits of immersive, experiential learning but with the guarantee that it’s going to be relevant and credible at the same time.
