Present with Impact – Internal Workshops
We know these events are pivotal for clients and in some cases presenters are more confident than others. 1-2 weeks before the conference PCA can run our Formal Presentation Workshop for your client’s people.
The workshop is about how to Engage, Compel, and Be Memorable to make the most of critical opportunities to articulate your value, confidently and authentically.
Orchestrator / Specialist Facilitator
The orchestrator is in charge of creating and developing the learning narrative from start to finish of the event. They will work closely with the client team to make sure the event turns from an informational download to a learning journey enabling all participants to have a transformational experience.
THEY WILL
- Hold the programme narrative and ensure that everything that makes up that event create that cohesive story for participants.
- Involved in design phase.
- Connect the dots for participants
- They are the right combination of challenge and care – guardians of the safe space that needs to be created.
- Create the right environment for participants to experiment, explore. challenge and fail in safe, supportive space.
- Engage participants in the conversation, especially with large groups.
Forum Theatre

This experiential approach is fantastic for quickly bringing a subject-matter to life and provides a highly immersive platform for the participants to safely explore and try out skills and behaviours being discussed during the session.
- Audience watches a scenario played out by 2-5 characters – the scenario might, for instance, be a conversation between a manager and their line report.
- Having watched the conversation, the audience provides feedback to the facilitator on what was effective and what would make the conversation even more effective
- Conversation is run a second time with the audience – as the ‘directors’ – coaching the characters on how to improve the conversation using best practice techniques discussed during the session –the conversation being progressed on a ‘stop’/‘start’ basis
Support and Facilitate an Internal Session
A PCA facilitator will work with a member of the organisation to present an impactful session. Working with
Deep Dive Workshop
Create scenarios based on critical business challenges that can be demonstrated to participants in a safe space.
A recent example of this is our team simulating a conversation between a physician and a patient to support the patient with the full range of services that are available around the treatment.
Improvisation Workshop
During the workshop participants experiment with a new approach to working in a team, adopting the improvisers code of ‘yes and’ to accept and build on other people’s ideas, using word games, story-telling and comedy.

Showstopper – The Improvised Musical
During this highly immersive experience, participants are invited Olivier award winning West End cast to co-create a full blown all singing, all dancing 40 minute musical.
This unique experience showcases the skill and trust involved in improvised performance and engages hearts and minds, leaving participants energised and inspired. By reacting in the moment to direct feedback from the audience, the Showstoppers demonstrate core competencies such as agility, customer centricity, listening and collaboration. Participants can themselves experience the increased engagement, commitment and emotional connection as a result and consider how they can practice these competencies in their own role.
The Showstoppers can be briefed in advance on core learning themes and seamlessly weave them throughout their performance or they can respond solely to the suggestions of the audience themselves.
After the complete performance, our PCA facilitators lead a debrief to highlight key messages including what we might learn from this experience about high-performing leaders, teams & organisations.
